Job summary

Coder is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our recruiting process organized and welcoming in Austin. You’ll schedule interviews across teams and time zones, and ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the interview process.

You’ll document interview processes, interviewer roles, and opportunities to improve coordination while supporting day-to-day recruiting operations. This contract-to-hire role offers a pathway to a permanent position in a fast-growing tech startup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting coordination or similar experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication
• Candidate-first mindset focused on positive interview experience
• Experience with ATS and web-based tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Google)
