Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs and promote health performance on site.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for one or multiple projects.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development.
• Develop and manage client relationships and project communications.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage risk and compliance.
• Review reports on budgeting, cash flow, and project status.
