Job summary

Natsett is seeking a commission-based sales and business development professional to grow our footprint in the local real estate market. You will build relationships with realtors, earn their business, and manage your own sales funnel through prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.

The role offers flexible scheduling with low production obligations and the option to work locally or remotely out of state.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in title and real estate.
• Excellent people and customer support skills.
• A notary commission, or willingness to obtain one.
• Self-direction and accountability; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective customers.

• Target title and escrow customers in the local real estate and lending community.
• Follow up with customers and agency staff to keep service high.
