Job summary

National Settlement Services is seeking a sales and business development professional to grow our footprint in the local real estate market. You will build relationships with realtors and loan officers, develop leads, and manage your own sales funnel through prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns and networking.

You will handle closings with our processing team and serve as the go-to expert for client questions, while earning base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in title and real estate.
• Title and escrow knowledge (preferred).
• Excellent people and customer support skills.
• Title producer license, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of starting.
• Notary commission, or willingness to obtain.
• Self-direction, accountability and comfort with ambiguity.
• High school degree or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and customers.
• Develop leads and follow through with a defined sales plan.
• Target title and escrow customers in the local real estate and lending community.
• Follow up with customers and agency staff to keep service high.
• Attend industry functions and community events.
• Oversee orders for current customers.
• Work with our processing team for accurate, timely closings.
• Conduct refinance and purchase closings for your clients.
• Be the go-to expert for client questions.
