You will research properties, assist clients, and coordinate pre-listing through contract-to-close transactions while upholding fiduciary standards. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate transactions, a proactive attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist potential clients and agents with pre-listing and contract to close transactions concerning real estate.
• Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.
