Job summary

Lyra Health seeks contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive assessments for ADHD, autism, and learning differences across children, adolescents, and adults. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, provide actionable feedback, and support diagnostic clarity in a flexible, remote-friendly setting.

Responsibilities include telehealth and in-office testing, collaboration with psychometrists, and delivering detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization preferred or eligible.
• 3+ years of psychological assessment experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders).
• Expertise with PSY tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Strong therapeutic communication and telehealth proficiency.
• Ability to conduct testing virtually and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic tests.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants; supervise test administration and scoring.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through in-person testing and feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing accordingly.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions as indicated.
