Job summary

Lyra Health seeks a contract Testing Psychologist to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. You will interpret test data, provide diagnostic impressions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor care.

Telehealth and in-person testing options support flexible delivery. Applicants must hold an APA-accredited psychology doctorate, be licensed in at least one state, and have 3+ years of assessment experience, including ASD/ADHD work.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiar with evaluating ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and in own office space.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and supervisors; oversee test administration and scoring.
• Deliver feedback in person and via feedback videos; ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize telehealth for remote assessments and adapt strategies for virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews and testing sessions; provide live feedback.
