Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support neurodiversity care, including ADHD, autism, and learning differences. You will be contracted to perform psychosocial assessments across children, adolescents, and adults, delivering diagnostic clarity and tailored recommendations.

The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation, collaboration with psychometrists, and the ability to deliver care remotely or in person, with flexible scheduling and supportive network resources.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed clinical psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments experience.
• Experience with ASD/ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarity.
• Administer and interpret cognitive, emotional, behavioral tests.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to ensure quality control.
• Deliver feedback through live testing and feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake interviews and testing sessions in person or remotely.
