Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, guiding diagnostic clarity and treatment planning. The role involves remote and in-person testing, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering actionable recommendations.

The position emphasizes independence, data-driven practice, and the ability to work within a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (APA accredited) required or equivalent.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and scoring.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and feedback videos.
• Maintain a detail-oriented process to ensure data accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery.
