Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The role emphasizes diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and interventions with a whole-person focus.

Candidates must have a doctorate in psychology, state licensure, and 3+ years of assessment experience, including ASD/ADHD evaluations. Telehealth delivery and collaboration with psychometrists are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and telehealth when appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and supervise test administration and data quality.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and feedback sessions in person or remotely.
