Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to join our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, offering assessments for ADHD, autism, and learning differences. You will perform psychoeducational and psychological evaluations across children, adolescents, and adults, delivering clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.

You will work with a team of psychometrists, adapt testing for in‑person or telehealth delivery, and maintain meticulous, peer‑reviewed reporting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide clear, evidence‑based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through live in‑person testing sessions and create feedback videos to communicate findings.
• Maintain a detail‑oriented, process‑focused approach to ensure accuracy of testing data and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments, including adapting testing strategies for virtual delivery.
