Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity and seeks contract testing psychologists to provide comprehensive assessments for ADHD, ASD, and learning differences. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and quality reporting.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree, licensure in at least one state, and experience with test batteries; PSYPACT eligibility is preferred, with telehealth as a core modality and flexible in-person options.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations across patients of all ages and their families.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide range of psychological test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists, supervise test administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through live in-person testing and create feedback videos to communicate findings.
• Maintain detailed, accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person or remotely as indicated.
