Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support neurodiversity assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, using a range of cognitive, behavioral, and psychoeducational measures. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, provide feedback, and deliver clear diagnostic impressions, via in-person sessions and telehealth.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of all ages and their families, providing psychological evaluations.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and scoring.
• Deliver feedback through live testing sessions and feedback videos.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual testing.
