Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults within the Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity. The role emphasizes whole-person, whole-family care and requires expertise in psychoeducational evaluations using standard tools.

Remote and in-person testing options are supported within a flexible contract structure. Applicants should have a PsyD/PhD, state licensure, and PSYPACT eligibility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from APA-accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• 3+ years of psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma)
• Expertise with psychological/psychoeducational tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC)
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations across ages; provide diagnostic impressions and recommendations
• Administer, interpret, and integrate test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants; oversee test administration, scoring, and quality control
• Deliver compassionate feedback through live in-person testing sessions and feedback videos
• Maintain detailed testing data and comprehensive reporting
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments; conduct intake, testing, and feedback sessions as indicated
