Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for diverse populations, including children and adults. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, collaboration with psychometrists, and both in-person and remote testing via telehealth.

Qualified candidates hold a psychology doctorate, state licensure, and experience with ASD/ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma. PSYPACT eligibility is a plus; you’ll work within Lyra Clinical Associates.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological/psychoeducational assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication and telehealth proficiency.
• Experience conducting testing virtually; able to deliver care in person or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations across age groups and families.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate various test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists, overseeing test administration and quality control.
• Deliver feedback through live testing sessions and create communication videos.
• Maintain accurate data and comprehensive reporting; ensure testing quality.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual delivery.
