Job summary

Lyra Health seeks a contracted Testing Psychologist to conduct comprehensive assessments for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and related conditions across age groups. You will perform diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention planning with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes independent work, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with vetted psychometrists within the Lyra network. Remote testing is supported, with options for in-person sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space.
• Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of all ages and families, providing psychological evaluations.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate diverse test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and scoring.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through live in-person testing and via feedback videos.
• Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure accurate testing data and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions as needed.
