Lyra Health is hiring contract Testing Psychologists to support the Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, offering comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, and related conditions. Role involves pediatric through adult assessments, with both in-person and telehealth options.

The ideal candidate holds a Psychology PhD/PsyD, licensure in at least one state, and PSYPACT eligibility. You will work with a team including psychometrists and support staff.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise with psychometric/psychological assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide range of test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to supervise testing and quality control.
• Deliver feedback in live testing sessions and via feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and feedback sessions in person or virtually.
