Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, addressing ADHD, autism and learning differences. You will conduct psychological evaluations, interpret results, and tailor care for individuals across ages.

Work can be in-person or via telehealth with flexible scheduling. You will collaborate with psychometrists and a support team, enjoying a streamlined, client-focused workflow and access to cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise with assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication and telehealth proficiency.
• Testing virtually and in-person care capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of diverse ages to provide psychological evaluations.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate cognitive, emotional and behavioral tests.
• Provide clear diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists, oversee test administration and scoring.
• Deliver feedback through live testing sessions and feedback videos.
• Maintain data accuracy and thorough reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake, testing sessions, and live feedback as indicated.
