Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain technical documents.
• Interview SMEs to gather and validate content.
• Translate technical information into clear language for the audience.
• Create diagrams, screenshots, tables to aid usability.
• Apply templates, style guides, and revision control.
• Manage reviews and obtain approvals within timelines.
• Verify documentation against sources for accuracy.
• Maintain document repositories and revision histories.
• Identify gaps and propose content improvements.
