Job summary

Testronic is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead an in-house Games Quality Assurance training program on a contract basis in Kenner, LA, late July through August 2026 with possible extension. You'll deliver two 5-module sections, assess learners, and develop post-training evaluations to measure knowledge gains.

The role requires ASTQB/ISTQB CTFL knowledge, expert training delivery, and on-site work from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CDT. Collaboration with HR and QA managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role.
• Strong foundation in QA testing methodologies (ASTQB/ISTQB CTFL level equivalent).
• Ability to teach and maintain focus for groups (approx. 15 people).
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and varied instructional techniques.
• On-site work in Kenner, LA during regular business hours (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT).
• Availability for late July and August 2026 timeframe, with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an in-house Games Quality Assurance Training program aligning with ASTQB/ISTQB.
• Present two separate training sections (5 modules each, 1 hour per module).
• Adapt training techniques to varied learning styles and groups of 15 employees.
• Administer a 1-hour exam after each 5-module section and develop post-training evaluations.
• Maintain attendance and performance records; collaborate with HR and QA managers.
