Backblaze is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to join our team. This role partners with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting for open roles across Backblaze, both in the US and internationally.

You will own the recruiting process end to end—from kickoff through offer acceptance and hire—and source, screen, and move candidates through the pipeline with a strong candidate experience. You will build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role
