This contract role will partner closely with Engineering Leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess, and close highly skilled sales professionals within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting in a technical environment.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidates.
• Ability to influence senior Sales stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving contract roles.
• Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering roles (Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, etc.).
• Deliver 20+ hires over a 3month engagement, balancing speed with quality.
• Partner with Engineering Leaders to understand business priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping-going beyond inbound applicants.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
• Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Presidio, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines.
