Presidio is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑paced go‑to‑market sales hiring initiative. You will partner with Engineering Leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess, and close highly skilled sales professionals for strategic roles.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
• Ability to influence and partner with senior Sales stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented contract role
• Background recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services organizations
• Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 20+ hires over a 3‑month engagement
• Partner with Engineering Leaders to understand priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination
• Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Presidio, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines
