Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced in-house Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs and requirements. You will develop sourcing strategies to identify strong passive candidates and review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and manage interviews from start to finish.

You will own offer approvals, extensions, negotiations, and candidate closing, create a strong candidate experience, and support hiring decisions at a technology company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience hiring G&A and Operations talent at a technology company.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load.
• Strong sourcing skills and varied sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for assigned roles.
• Bias for action, resilience in ambiguity, and a focus on delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities
