Job summary

PCI Federal in Reston, VA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical roles, source candidates through diverse channels, and collaborate with HR and hiring managers. This hybrid, Reston-based role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline and managing offers.

The position requires extensive experience, including government-contractor exposure and familiarity with federal proposals, to ensure a smooth recruitment process across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a government contractor.
• Experience supporting federal proposals.
• Ability to work in close collaboration with HR and Recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, technical platforms and communities, job fairs and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in order to evaluate technical skills, experience and fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, updates
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers for submitted candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations and present offers.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates by maintaining relationships with potential hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
