Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire roles in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This 100% onsite opportunity focuses on full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs.

You'll source and screen candidates, manage the interview process, and help place great talent in dynamic environments. Candidates with 1+ year of recruiting experience and strong communication skills thrive in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate).
• Proven success in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools a plus.
