Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support Product Engineering teams across NAMER (US & Canada). You will source, engage, and sell passive candidates for software, data, research science, and technical product management roles, while managing end-to-end recruitment in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build diverse talent pipelines, and leverage AI tools and Workday ATS to optimize processes and deliver strong hiring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience; corporate and agency mix preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Track record of scaling high-performing teams in tech or information services.
• Ability to assess candidates and conduct behavioral-based interviews.
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary and managing offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent.
• Build diverse pipelines through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Design tailored interview processes to evaluate skills and fit.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and timely metrics reporting.
• Utilize Workday ATS to post roles, track candidates, and report data.
• Apply best practices to attract diverse talent via networks and partnerships.
