Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support Product Engineering teams in NAMER (US & Canada). You will manage external/internal applicants, source passive candidates, and engage talent across Software, Data and Applied Sciences, and Technical Product Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience (corporate and agency preferred).
• Experience sourcing AI talent (ML Engineers, Data Scientists).
• Experience scaling high-performing organizations; global exposure desirable.
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidates; training in behavioral/competency interviewing is a plus.
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary (bonus, LTI/RSUs, sign-on).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process from requisition to offer.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent.
• Build tailored assessment and interview processes for hiring needs.
• Be accountable for meeting performance targets and candidate experience.
• Utilize Workday ATS to post positions, manage candidates, and generate reports.
• Promote diverse talent pipelines through outreach and referrals.
