Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, skilled trades, technical and professional roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans and deliver top talent.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare offers and support pre-employment steps including references.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and ensure hiring-process compliance.
• Support hiring events and workforce planning initiatives.
• Analyze recruiting activity and identify process improvements.
