Job summary

Artefact North America is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead high-impact client engagements in the US, shaping analytical strategy and delivering measurable business value. You will own client relationships, translate complex data work into strategic decisions, and contribute to proposals and market presence.

You will mentor junior teammates, work with senior stakeholders, and help define Artefact’s US practice from day one in a high-visibility, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance; MBA or MSc is a plus.
• 3–5 years of full-time experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, finance or tech.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; credibility with senior clients.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL, Python or R is a differentiator.
• Genuine passion for data, digital and the AI economy; strong teaching orientation.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs and surface the real problem through structured interviews.
• Perform advanced data analysis and rigorous research to solve strategic challenges.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations that are boardroom-ready.
• Develop new business proposals translating Artefact’s capabilities into value propositions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and content development on business topics.
• Own project delivery with managers/directors and mentor junior staff.
