You will drive sourcing through Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and generative AI tools, manage high-volume workloads, and deliver a positive candidate experience while collaborating with People Operations

This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

About You
  • You are organized and process-driven; you're not afraid to define how you want things to go and communicate this with your stakeholders.
  • You're a good listener and understand the unique psychology of both hiring managers and candidates across different global cultures.
  • You naturally tend towards data to track results and improve processes across multiple regions.
  • You can quickly prioritize and organize your time to get things done, often under deadlines and across various time zones.
  • You are naturally creative, curious, and inspired to learn new things.
What skills do I need?
  • 3–6+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech company and/or fast-growing startup
  • Deep experience recruiting across Marketing/GTM roles for enterprise software and/or SaaS companies
  • Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for sourcing and outreach
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads while staying adaptable and resilient as priorities shift
  • Strong track record owning the end-to-end recruitment process — from building diverse pipelines to navigating complex offer negotiations across all seniority levels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions that attract diverse talent
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers across a range of functions and seniority levels
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing channels including AI-powered tools, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, building genuine relationships and ensuring a consistently excellent experience
  • Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, accurate data, and a compliant, efficient recruiting workflow
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and make data-backed recommendations that improve process and outcomes
  • Contribute to broader Recruiting and People team projects, including employer branding, DEI sourcing initiatives, and operational improvements

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
