Job summary

twentysix is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for digital marketing, creative, technology, and corporate roles in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build talent pipelines, source passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter), interview candidates, coordinate steps, and guide offers to close top talent, while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience recruiting digital marketing, media, creative, tech, and corporate talent at multiple levels.
• Strong ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across 12–15 roles, from IC to leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines across marketing, media, creative, tech, and corporate functions.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting in Lever.
• Provide hiring progress updates to leadership.
