Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple departments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Post openings on job boards and social media; source passive candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; coordinate final interviews.
• Create offers and negotiate with candidates within guidelines.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliant hiring processes.
