This part-time contract role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring across roles, leveraging ADP Recruiting ATS to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity.

You will coordinate interviews, extend offers, support onboarding, and ensure EEOC/OFCCP compliance while helping to strengthen our employer brand and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or related HR role.
• Hands-on ADP Recruiting ATS experience required.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Use ADP Recruiting ATS to post jobs, track candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain data.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and assessments to evaluate fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communications between candidates and teams.
• Prepare offers and support pre-employment steps including background checks.
• Ensure EEOC, OFCCP compliance and maintain recruiting records in ADP.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives.
