Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract compliance, audit, or program administration.
• Working knowledge of federal and state transportation laws and FHWA requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and interpret policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and administrative record management.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor post-award contract compliance for federally funded and state-administered transportation projects.
• Conduct FHWA Form 1273 compliance reviews.
• Perform post-award Local Public Agency reviews.
• Administer the On-the-Job Training program.
• Coordinate contractor compliance investigations.
