Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Contract Administration Group in Houston. The role serves as the initial contact to ensure contracts are properly documented, provisions followed, and records are maintained.

You will coordinate with multiple systems and business lines to drive accurate contract data and timely processing. You will draft, issue and review confirmations, manage contract data across Entero, Agiloft, SAP, RightAngle and Filenet, and help ensure SOX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with contracts in physical products preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues across groups without supervision.
• Experience with contract review and contract system management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter trades and updates in the system of record accurately and on time.
• Draft and issue confirmations.
• Review 3rd party confirmations and flag discrepancies.
• Set up contracts and maintain related data across systems (Entero, Agiloft, SAP, RightAngle, Filenet).
• Support maintenance of the contract database, including updates and tracking deadlines.
• Support the contract lifecycle process from routing through execution, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Assist with projects and process improvement efforts as needed.
• Ensure SOX and other regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate across business lines to ensure processes are followed and needs are met.
• Cross train and provide backup within the team.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to updates as needed.
