Job summary

RMS Energy Co. is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of agreements across vendor, customer, NDA, and service contracts, ensuring accurate administration, tracking obligations, and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, identify risks, and maintain tracking tools for milestones, deadlines, and reporting, while guiding staff on established processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related field
• Knowledge of contract terms, administration practices, and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or document management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and revision of various contracts (vendor, customer, NDAs, service agreements)
• Maintain compliance documentation and support internal reviews, audits, and other compliance activities
• Identify and elevate contract terms, risks, or issues that may require additional review by management or legal counsel
• Assist with gathering information and documentation needed for contract preparation and review
• Identify and document key contractual obligations, deadlines, and deliverables
• Maintain tracking tools to monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations
• Communicate contract status, deadlines, and outstanding requirements to appropriate stakeholders
• Monitor upcoming deadlines and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation for contracts
• Provide guidance to employees on established contract processes and procedures
• Review contracts for potential risks, issues, or inconsistencies and elevate concerns to management or legal counsel as appropriate
• Stay informed of changes to company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations that may impact the role
