Insight Global is seeking a Contract Specialist in Corporate Services for a healthcare client. You will own the full contract lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, and tracking contracts across clinical, corporate, professional, and IT services.

Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimize risk. The role requires 5+ years in contract management within a large enterprise, and experience with CMS/CLM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating vendor and service agreements independently.
• Strong understanding of contract principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal tracking.

Pay Rate: $57/hr-$62/hr

Location: Hybrid | 1 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016 (Required in office Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Contract Specialist - (Corporate Services) for a top healthcare client. This individual will join the Supply Chain Management organization and serve as a key partner to Strategic Sourcing teams responsible for enterprise-wide vendor relationships and contract execution. The ideal candidate will own the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, tracking, and maintaining contracts across clinical services, corporate services, professional services, and other strategic sourcing categories. This person will work closely with Legal, Procurement, IT, Clinical, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts are compliant, minimize risk, and support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, confident negotiating contractual terms, and thrives in a collaborative, high-volume enterprise environment.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of contract management in a large enterprise environment
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating vendor and service agreements independently
• Strong understanding of contract principles, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal tracking
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, and business teams with the ability to explain complex contract language to business stakeholders

$57 to $62

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
