NAVFAC Pacific and OICC Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard seek entry-level Contract Specialists to join our mission-critical teams delivering infrastructure projects and safeguarding national defense. You will receive training and hands-on development while supporting procurement and acquisition.

As you grow, you can participate in NADP and NAVFAC N2P2 programs, develop skills in soliciting proposals, evaluating bids, administering contracts, and coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (minimum 2.95 GPA).
  • U.S. Citizen aged 18+ at time of hire.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance.
  • Males registered or exempt from Selective Service.
  • Resume must explicitly address: Customer Service, Written Communication, and Accountability.
  • Background check and fingerprinting required.

Our Contract Specialists are integral to our mission, providing essential procurement and acquisition support for a wide range of projects. As an entry‑level Contract Specialist, you will:
