Job summary

Soliant is seeking an SLPA to support K-4 students with speech-language needs in a school setting near Attleboro, MA. This full-time contract covers 32.5 hours per week, through June 4, 2027, with supervision by a licensed SLP and opportunities to impact student outcomes.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and staff, plus data collection and progress monitoring to tailor therapy. Benefits include healthcare, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

• Valid SLPA license for Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience or coursework related to pediatric populations and school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with SLPs, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to K-4 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement therapy plans and activities to support communication goals.
• Collect and maintain data on student progress and participation.
• Assist with screening procedures and progress monitoring.
• Contribute to lesson planning and adapting materials for individual student needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families to support student outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and professional development as requested.
