Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position in a dynamic school environment near North Adams, MA. This full-time role runs from 8:25am to 3:10pm, serving a diverse Pre-K through 12th-grade caseload.

Caseload details will be confirmed soon, with an anticipated range of 30-40 students. Deliver therapy under supervision, maintain accurate session notes, and support students in developing critical communication skills for academic and social success.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license and school-based credentials.
• Experience with Pre-K–12 students.
• Ability to implement therapy plans from licensed SLP.
• Strong communication, organization, and recordkeeping.
• Willingness to collaborate with teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLPA therapy sessions under supervising SLP.
• Maintain session notes and progress monitoring.
• Support student communication skills for academics and social use.
• Communicate with staff and caregivers to optimize outcomes.
• Assist with instructional materials and therapy activities.
