Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming academic semester to support elementary students in Massachusetts. This contract role runs September 29 through December 23, providing leave coverage across K-5 settings and collaboration with licensed SLPs.

You will deliver direct therapy support, document progress, and communicate with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts SLPA license or credential is required.
• Experience with elementary students preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy support under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Deliver interventions to K-5 students in school settings.
• Document student progress and maintain session records.
• Communicate with supervising SLP, staff, and families about student needs.
• Adapt to varied caseloads across elementary buildings.
