Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed SLPA to support K-4 students with speech and language needs in Attleboro, MA. This contract role is full-time at 32.5 hours per week through June 4, 2027.

You will work under a licensed SLP, providing essential services in a school setting while collaborating with educators and families. The ideal candidate holds a MA SLPA license or is eligible, has pediatric/school experience, and excels at data collection, documentation, and adapting therapy.

Qualifications

• MA SLPA license required or eligibility.
• Experience or coursework with pediatric/school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with SLPs, teachers, families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to K-4 students under licensed SLP supervision.
• Implement therapy plans and activities to support communication goals.
• Collect and maintain data on student progress and participation.
• Assist with screening procedures and progress monitoring.
• Contribute to lesson planning and adapt materials for individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families to support outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and professional development as requested.
