Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position supporting students across junior high and elementary schools, with potential high school coverage. The assignment begins ASAP and runs through mid-November, offering hands-on, onsite therapy in a collaborative educational environment.

You will deliver therapy and assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation while collaborating with teachers and families to support students’ communication goals.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Experience in educational/school-based settings preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy and assessments across junior high, elementary, and potentially high school.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
• Consult with teachers, families and other specialists to support speech and language needs.
• Adapt approach as caseload transitions from elementary/junior high to high school.
• Participate in meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
