Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists to support preschoolers, with another caseload spanning preschool and elementary ages. This full-time contract runs August 10, 2026 through May 28, 2027, onsite with possible hybrid.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy; collaboration with educators and families; participation in IEP meetings; and documentation.

Qualifications

• Indiana SLP license required or eligible by start date.
• CCC-SLP or CF with potential supervision provided.
• Experience with early childhood and/or elementary students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to support each student’s IEP goals.
• Engage parents and teachers in strategies to generalize progress beyond the therapy setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance educational outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews.
