Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the Houston area is seeking a contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist to serve middle and high school students. This on-site role runs Aug 11, 2026 through May 26, 2027, delivering SLP services across grades 6–12 with flexibility to tailor assignments by ZIP code.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, participate in ARD meetings, document progress, and collaborate with families and staff to support student communication and academic success.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP licensure required; FL licensure if applicable.
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings.
• Strong skills in therapy, ARD meetings, assessment, and progress documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families.
• Caseload management of approximately 50–60 students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop IEPs for students.
• Deliver targeted therapy in classroom and clinic settings.
• Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate student records.
