Frontline Source Group is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager for a 4-month 1099 contract in Dallas, TX to lead the annual 1099 reporting program across finance, tax, and operations.

You will develop project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, and governance, coordinate with vendors and 70 reporting units, and drive readiness and issue resolution. Strong cross-functional leadership and PM tool proficiency are essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide reporting, including 1099 processes.
• Strong governance, risk management, and change-control skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple units.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the annual 1099 reporting program.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among finance, technology, tax, operations, and vendors.
• Establish governance, communication protocols, escalation paths, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions to maintain alignment.
• Identify risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items; ensure readiness for filing.
• Prepare executive status reports and milestone updates; drive accountability.
