Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a Washington school setting. You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and admins to support student progress and IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• School-based experience highly valued; strong clinical backgrounds considered.
• Skilled in screening, evaluating, and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Team-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and classroom integration.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student growth.
• Provide direct therapy as well as consultative services within the educational setting.
• Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Education
