Job summary

You will build a strong candidate pipeline from scratch in a competitive market and manage the full recruiting lifecycle in collaboration with Hiring Managers. You will execute recruitment strategies, lead offer negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning staffing plans with business needs.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations for candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing and networking.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met.
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador including offer negotiation and close.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers to align staffing plans.
