Fortinet is seeking an experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals at all levels. The successful candidate will build a strong candidate pipeline and navigate a competitive market with a strategic approach to sourcing, assessment, and closing.

The role requires 7–10 years of sales recruiting experience, strong relationship skills, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and prioritization of roles.
• Experience with a full recruiting cycle and ATS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build the pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and postings.
• Execute recruitment strategy to meet management expectations.
• Manage the candidate process, including offer negotiation and presentation.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers on staffing plans and needs.
